From London – According to research in the European Heart Journal, panic attacks may increase the risk for coronary events. In a study of over 57,000 individuals, researchers found that those diagnosed with Panic Attacks or panic disorder before the age of 50 had a 38% increased risk of heart attack, and a 44% increased risk of coronary heart disease. Symptoms of a panic attack, including palpitations and chest pain, can closely resemble a cardiac event.
From Washington – According to the National Center for Health Statistics, nearly 40% of American adults use some sort of alternative or complementary medicine. These treatments include natural products such as fish oil and echinacea, deep-breathing exercises, meditation, yoga and massage therapy. The researchers suggest that their findings reinforce the need for continued research on the safety and efficacy of these alternative therapies.
And finally, from San Francisco – According to research in the journal Neurology, MRIs are picking up evidence of multiple sclerosis in patients who have not experienced symptoms. In a study of 44 patients who underwent routine MRI, and whose tests uncovered white matter anomalies in the brain, researchers found that nearly one-third developed symptoms of MS within 5 years. The researchers conclude that these anomalies may be a precursor to MS, but further study is required.

For people without patience…
I dreamed I was the princess of England and I was seeing everything through my own eyes. It was the longest dream I’ve ever had, seeming like it was the length of a real day. Then it changed scenes and I was my normal self. Somehow me and my friend though about switching bodies, and it actually happened. It was cool and it felt extremely real.

I had a dream I was somehow thought to be the princess of England. I lived in this gorgeous mansion, that looks exactly how I imagined my dreamhouse. THe dream seemed like minutes actually went by, and it was a full 12 hour day. It was the longest seeming dream I’ve ever had.I remember all the rooms and all the steps I took like i was actually living them. Then my little sister got lost (the scene changed) and I turned into this beautiful asian girl (wierd cause I’m not Asian, but yesterday I did see an asian girl and wish I was one, so this is probably why) and this really cute guy hit on me and we started dating and I kissed him. It was wierd, because I’m only barely 13, but in the dream I was like 20. So then It skipped scenes and I was England’s princess again, back in the castle where I ruled and was loved- then I was out walking back on the beautiful lawn, with my assistant, and a child was practicing archery and I was being ambushed with tons of arrows. It was amazing none of them hit me, b/c there were tons. Then, at the last shot, one hit my leg and I panicked but pulled it out. It was wierd b/c the whole time it was my castle, but other citizens were visting it as if it was a museum. I think it was open to the public.
Then, when I switched bodies….
I was walking by a neighborhood similar to my Grandmas and we decided to check out a house a creepy real estate guy was selling or something. We entered a really eerie looking dark apartment building and went ahead of him or either he left. So we saw all these wierd people the looked like distant, crazy druggies and we came across a gang were all of them looked like pimps. They were selling drugs, and the police was there arresting one of them. As I passed, I was scared so I said, trying to act casual like it was no big deal, "Oh! I’m soo sorry! Hahaha, you guys scared me. Sorry," I smiled, acting like you see gangs selling drugs everyday. So then somehow my friend was with me, and its wierd ebcause we’ve always had a wierd telepathic connection. Like when she’s absent, I’m always absent. One time she went home 5th period, and I did too. We didn’t even plan anything. So, there was a PTA present who looked rather creepy in the basement. They had tons of shoes underneath tables and on tables, and me and my friend were looking at the shoes. Then we thought about if it would be cool to change bodies, Suddenly, we did. And the lady thought we were the other person. It was really cool, and I actually thought it was real. It was such a wierd dream. Then somehow we changed back and I was at an outdoor hair salon and I cut her hair. She asked the salon cutter next to me if it looked good, and she whispered no. It was very strange. Can anyone tell me what any part of this means?? Thanks!

Okay, so i’m 17(and so not smart with my money)
My total balance in my checking account was $114
and i just recently bought (zantrex-3 deit pills for $30 off the internet from some website called betterbodz that was selling them for a more affordable price)And i just went online to check my balance and its now $15!!!!!!!
Someone please tell me how that is possible????
It should be $83 not $15 if you do the math!!!!!!
Did i get into some scam that took half my money away or
what????????!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also another question (about the diet pills): Am i allowed to take two different kinds! Zantrex-3 AND this one other one that BENDERBALL sells, it’s called Essential green tea vitamins that burn fat!!!! Can i use both or would that be bad?
1. you are an idiot for buy diet pills. they only mess up your metabolism. there is a reason you never see anyone skinny messing with their metabolism.
2. you are a bigger idiot for buying them off the internet. you dont know what they are. if you really want to be a healthy weight then go see a nutritionist or even better yet join the gym!
3. you probably did not take into account shipping cost. are they $30 each or $30 for 3?
i recommend that if/when you receive them to throw them out. you really can not trust buying pills from the internet. it is not like walking into your local pharmacy and knowing they going to give you the real thing, you basically did something that may actually be illegal.

my symptoms are dry mouth tension back of my neck muscle twiching all over my body sweaty hands and bloating feeling in my stomach like gas feeling what are yours does any one feel the same way
Dry mouth, rapid breathing, heart palpitations and an inability to face the reality that was causing my fear.
Is it normal to have a type of burning feeling throughout your body during an panic/anxiety attack?

I have been having attacks where my heart race increases, my body starts to tingle, I have a burning feeling that feels like it is traveling through my blood, my chest hurts, and I get shortness of breath. Would this be categorized as an anxiety or Panic Attack? If so, how can I stop them?
I’ve dealt with anxiety disorder for years. I’ve been in treatment for a long time as well. First talk to your doctor about your overall health. If you are a generally healthy adult you have nothing to worry about. The attacks feel very physical, but trust me they are more bark than bite. And yes, relax as much as possible. If you feel like you are losing control or are going to hurt yourself or others call 911. I’ve been to the hospital more times than I can count for these horrible attacks. Rest assured they do pass.
